Kaushik founded Mangrove Energy Resources in 2018. Prior to Mangrove he gained substantial experience in the seismic industry having served 29 years in various senior management roles in Schlumberger, Western Geophysical, IHS Energy, TGS and few other organizations with technical, operational and managerial background. Kaushik has done extensive business dealings with governments from countries such as Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Belize Guatemala, India, Bangladesh, Philippines and few others. He introduced several business models to such countries which opened up opportunities for exploration and hydrocarbon detection.
Senior Vice President - MultiClient Operations
Jim Bogardus joined Mangrove Energy Resources on October 1st, 2021 as Senior Vice President of MultiClient operations. He has worked as senior executive with broad technical and commercial experience in geophysical services companies including Geokinetics Inc., TGS, PGS, Baker Hughes, Western Geophysical and with E&P producers including Texaco, Cities Service and Western Atlas E&P Services. Mr. Bogardus has a successful track record of growth and profitability in multi-client services, seismic acquisition, reservoir services and data processing. Additionally, he has extensive experience in project management,business development, strategic marketing, and mergers and divestitures. Mr. Bogardus received his Bachelor of Science and MS degree in Geological & Earth Sciences from Denison University and Indiana University at Bloomington respectively.
Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer
Sudipto is India based Geoscience Entrepreneur. He has over 15 years of international exploration experience and is the promoter of first Indian airborne geophysical survey company. Sudipto has pioneered the National Airborne Geophysical Mapping Project in India for exploration of base metals and minerals, which is currently the largest airborne geophysical survey project worldwide.

Poushali co-founded Mangrove Energy Resources in 2018. She has over 25 years of corporate experience in various positions such as Advisor, Project Development Manager, Database Developer, HR Director and Consultant to major oil & gas companies. She has extensive knowledge in upstream, midstream, downstream of the oil and gas industry. She was one of the pioneer developers of the Virtual Energy Library (VEL) at Zeus Development Corporation. She has extensive years of experience in data management, data mining, extracting and processing source data from different systems, ensuring the quality of acquired data, and generating information delivered in different reporting formats.
